Medical insurance is a complicated subject. It is important to know what your policy does and does not cover. Your policy is a contract between you and your insurance company not between our office and the insurance company. You are ultimately responsible for payment of the services provided by Pediatric Associates of Plymouth.
We participate with Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Keystone Health Plan East, Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna, Tricare, PHCS, Multi Plan, Keystone First and Amerihealth. We will submit your claims to the insurance company. If you have an insurance with a company other than those listed, we will submit a claim for you but you may be responsible for any out of network balance due after the claim is processed.
All co-pays are due at the time of the visit.
